Order Processing Times

We are excited to get your order out as quick as possible. If you are a US customer, order processing time is 1-3 business days and you shall receive your order within 4-7 business days after that. 

Disclaimer: Processing times for customized jewelry requires 2-3 weeks to insure quality of the items. After production is complete, you will receive a shipping update on your order. Once production is complete, you will be able to track your order using your tracking number provided to you. Simply head over to our Track My Order page. 

Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind quality products that are meant to last and our main goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase that's why we offer a HASSLE FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

Items returned after 30 days will be eligible for exchange or in store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange simply send us an email at support@chantellabel.com within 30 days of delivery to start the process or send us a message through our CONTACT US page. 

*Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned back to our facility.

Disclaimer: If the product has been customized, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. 

For the vast majority of returns of your exchange, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete the exchange.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
