When it comes to online shopping, Chantel The Label takes pride in providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your order. No changes can be made once production has started.
While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, keep in mind all orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or Holidays will be processed the following business day. All online orders may take 1-3 business days to process
All items that are not personalized will shipped out within 2-3 business days.
All personalized items require 1-3 weeks for production. Does not include the 2-5 days shipping time.
Our shipping policy is not set in stone due to unforeseen circumstances that may happen.
Our jewelry is hand made, packaged and inspected before being shipped out to our customers.
Chantel The Label cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Chantel The Label's control.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, in extremely rare cases, such as sale events, it may take up to 5-10 days business days.
International shipping processing time is 1-3 days and 14-21 business days for shipping.
Personalized products take 1-3 weeks to produce to provide the highest level of quality before being shipped.
Note: Shipping times do not include weekends and Public Holidays.
Please note that processing time may take longer during holidays and special sales and promotions.
*Note: If you place an order with non custom items and custom items together, all items ship together once the custom item is ready. Unless the non items are placed separately, you will receive all of your items within 2-3 weeks.

We provide a detailed shipping invoice with each order you place, outlining the price, quantities, and shipping charges (where applicable).
**For international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Chantel The Label does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
***We are not held responsible for lost packages. Once we mail items, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. In the event your item is lost or stolen/ please contact your postal carrier immediately. If there is no resolution with your postal carrier, please contact us.
